Refund ya replacement sirf damaged, broken, missing, ya wrong product receive hone par review hoga. Har case me unboxing proof mandatory hai.

Unboxing Video Mandatory

Parcel open karte time ka clear continuous unboxing video zaruri hai. Video me sealed parcel, shipping label, opening process, aur product condition clearly dikhna chahiye.

No Video, No Refund

Agar unboxing video nahi hai, edited hai, unclear hai, paused hai, ya parcel open hone ke baad banaya gaya hai, to refund ya replacement accept nahi hoga.

24 Hours Time Limit

Delivery ke 24 hours ke andar WhatsApp par order details, unboxing video, aur product photos send karna hoga.

Eligible Cases

Damaged product, broken product, missing item, ya confirmed order se different product receive hone par review ho sakta hai.

Not Eligible

Color preference, size mistake, normal handmade finishing difference, customer side damage, ya valid unboxing video ke bina refund nahi hoga.
